Ann Ruppert is a multi-media artist who enjoys working in oils, pastels, watercolors, colored pencils, polymer clay, and encaustics. She exhibits locally and has exhibited at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC; The Delaplaine Center for the Arts in Frederick, MD; The Western Maryland Museum of Fine Arts in Hagerstown, MD and Strathmore Hall in Montgomery County, MD. She is a member of the Foothills Artists Studio Tour held each November the Saturday and Sunday before Thanksgiving. Ann holds memberships in the Adams County Arts Council; Franklin County Arts Alliance; the Council for the Arts, Franklin County, PA; the Delaplaine Center for the Arts, Frederick County, MD; the National Colored Pencil Society; the National Polymer Clay Association, and the Philadelphia Polymer Clay Guild.
