My interest with wood working began as a young boy watching my grandfather in his workshop.  I've enjoyed creating art in various ways settling with wood as the primary media.  Living on Jack’s mountain, I like to use locally sourced wood.  I primarily make non-traditional bandsaw boxes using a number a techniques I developed over the years.  I describe my work as “usable art”.
