Heidi has always been creative and has expressed herself through various media for over fifty years.  During the past twenty years she has concentrated on the versatile properties of clay.  Her pursuits have allowed her to train with the best local potters: Willis Myers, Jack Handshaw and Steve Wright. Heidi also attended the Frederick Pottery School for a number of years.

 

In June of 2021 restoration was completed on a small barn on her farm and Haywire Studio was born.  Heidi enjoys exploring new techniques and her style is rapidly evolving.
